SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Blanc Noir is currently shipping New Zealand wide and takes pride in using packaging that is compostable and recyclable only.

Standard and Express shipping options are available for all customers.
Standard Shipping is approximately 5 -7 business days and Express Shipping is approximately 1 - 2 business days once received by the local postage carrier.
Rural Delivery must be selected for those customers who live at rural delivery address. Additional charges will apply if the incorrect shipping option is selected and may result in a delay of your item being shipped.

Blanc Noir endeavors to have all orders received by 5pm each business day to be processed and with your local postage carrier by the next business day.

Blanc Noir takes no responsibility for any delays in relation to the local postage carrier service. Please be aware of shipping delays that may arise during peak seasons.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact us on info@blancnoirthelabel.com if you need to request a refund for an item that did suit your needs. This refund can be a full refund or a credit for you to use on another purchase. You can request a refund for an exchange or return for up to two weeks after your orders arrival. Any orders returned after that time will be unable to be processed.
Please let us know if you are returning an item. You can email us on info@blancnoirthelabel.com that your item is on its way back to us. Items need to be in orIginal condition and need to be unworn. The original labels and tags should be attached. Please track the item and send us the tracking number so we can follow this up to ensure safe return. We are unable to take responsibility for any lost items during a return to us and the cost of the return must be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are not available for any items purchased on sale or at a discount. We may be able to assist if items are an incorrect size and to request assistance please contact info@blancnoirthelabel.com.
